We assess your current environment and Plan for the implementation of ezCash Collection Software

The first step is to understand the information systems you are operating: your hardware platforms and internal network. In some cases, this may influence your decision whether to rent our solution through an ASP hosting provider or install it on your Intranet. Although we believe larger customers with in-house infrastructure and information systems staff will want to operate ezCash on their secure intranet, some may select the ASP model as an alternative to expanding their network or incurring upfront capital expenditures.

During this step, we will gain an understanding of how you process accounts receivable today and identify the staff that should have access to ezCash. From this information-gathering step, we size the installation and assemble a detailed project plan, outlining the tasks that are necessary to implement ezCash. This step is also used to set expectations about the time to implement and a go-live date for your system.
